Located on the Southern Oregon Coast, Ko Kwel Casino Resort showcases a thoughtfully curated collection of custom furnishings and rugs manufactured by Jamie Stern. Working in collaboration with FI Architecture, the project called for a wide range of seating, lounge, dining, and bar furnishings designed to enhance the resort’s welcoming and contemporary hospitality environments.

The scope included custom Marana rugs, lounge chairs, sofas, banquettes, dining chairs, counter stools, and barstools, all crafted to meet the performance demands of a high-traffic resort setting. Upholstered in a variety of Jamie Stern fabrics, vinyls, and leathers, the collection balances durability, comfort, and refined design while creating a cohesive aesthetic throughout the property.

By combining custom manufacturing expertise with high-performance materials, Jamie Stern helped bring FI Architecture’s vision to life, delivering furnishings that complement the resort’s distinctive character and provide an elevated guest experience along Oregon’s scenic coastline.
